COVID-19 Postponements And Cancellations

Subject to availability Smack Amusements will work with customers for all secured bookings that require rescheduling due to Covid-19 Government restrictions. All secured bookings that cancel are subject to the below cancellation policy. All monies paid to date at time of cancellation are non-refundable. Subject to Smack Amusements discretion all monies paid to date maybe transferable to a new date subject to availability.

Do I need to secure my Inflatable Booking with a deposit?

Yes! We require a deposit for all Bookings and it is $200. This will confirm your booking. Deposit varies for each product. The remaining amount is due 5 days before event date or with prior notice on the day/night of your event however you can pay prior if easier for you
